Псевдоаутосомный участок у человека — участок ДНК в дистальной части короткого плеча Х- и Y-хромосом человека, разделяющий гомологичные гены. В результате конъюгации П. у. ч. во время мейоза обязательно происходит кроссинговер, так что гены в этом участке разделяются так же, как аутосомные локусы, а не как сцепленные с Х- или Y-хромосомами. П. у. ч. является ген MIC2 (у мышей, напр., ген стероидной сульфатазы (Sts)).
